Conference Contributions
What happens next?
With registration now closed, we will begin putting together the SCAPE 2026 scientific programme. We will review the abstracts received and organize presentations across three formats:
- Flash talks
- Regular oral presentations
- Poster presentations
We will contact participants with their presentation format and further programme details once the programme has been finalized. We look forward to putting together an exciting programme and sharing everyone’s work!
Presentation Guidelines
We are looking forward to an exciting program of full-length talks, flash talks, and posters at SCAPE 2026! Please find the presentation guidelines for each format below. We look forward to seeing your presentations and posters in Höör, and to hearing about your research!
Full-Length Talks
Presentation time: 10 minutes
Questions: 2 minutes
Please prepare a presentation of no more than 10 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions from the audience.
Please bring the final version of your presentation on a USB stick. Your file will be transferred to the conference computer by our technical team before your symposium. Further information about when and where to submit your file will be provided on site.
Flash Talks
Presentation time: 4 minutes
Questions: No dedicated Q&A
Please prepare a presentation of no more than 4 minutes. There will be no dedicated question period immediately after the flash talk.
Please bring the final version of your presentation on a USB stick to the conference. Your file will be transferred to the conference computer by our technical team before your symposium. Further information about when and where to submit your file will be provided on site.
Posters
Poster size: A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm)
Poster pitch: 30 seconds
Please prepare your poster in A1 format (59.4 × 84.1 cm) and bring the physical poster with you to the conference for display during the poster session.
In addition, please bring an electronic copy of your poster on a USB stick. The electronic version will be used for the poster pitch ahead of the poster session.
Each poster presenter will have 30 seconds to pitch their poster before the poster session.
Our technical team will collect the electronic files ahead of the poster session, and further instructions will be provided on site.

SCAPE 2026 will feature a series of thematic symposia designed to structure the oral programme and ensure that contributed talks are organized into coherent scientific sessions.
