Everything you need should be provided by the hotel, but if you want to go swimming outside the hotel premises, bring a towel.
Conference & accommodation fee
The total fee for registration and accommodation is 7630 NOK (~667€) with a single room and 6215 (543€) with a shared room.
The fee is split into a conference fee and accommodation fee:
The conference fee is 3900 NOK (~340€) and includes registration, all meals and transport from Bergen/Voss to the venue and back. The registration fee is payed at registration.
Accommodation is a separate fee, which varies depending on your choice of "preferred bedroom" in the registration form. The accommodation fee is payed when you check out of the hotel.
If you choose single room, you will pay 3730 NOK (thur-sun, ~326€). This includes breakfast.
If you choose to share room, you will pay 2315 NOK (thur-sun, ~202€), including breakfast.
If you need a larger room (e.g. for bringing family) this can be arranged (probably at a higher price).
You can also find alternative accommodation, which you organize yourself.
In the registration form you can specify a preferred roommate.
