Location

This year the conference is hosted by Prof. Marcin Zych and the research team from the University of Warsaw Botanic Garden, Poland: dr Katarzyna Roguz, Justyna Ryniewicz, Mateusz Skłodowski, Barbara Płaskonka, Marcin Mazurkiewicz and WhyNotTravel Agency (logistic and travel issues).

 

The sessions are planned to be held at the University of Warsaw Botanic Garden in Warsaw, Poland (www.garden.uw.edu.pl) on Thursday, 21 Oct, and the European Centre for Geological Education, University of Warsaw, (Chęciny, near Kielce in Świętokrzyskie region, https://www.eceg.uw.edu.pl/en/) on 22-24 October.

Fee and Programme

The conference will be held in a hybrid manner so that most of people could participate. Unfortunately, this causes more technical issues we have to take care about hence we had to increase slightly the fee which is as follows:

 

Full participant on-site – 500 Euro
Student participant on-site – 400 Euro
Full participant on-line – 250 Euro
Student participant on-line – 200 Euro

 

Persons requesting single-room accommodation will be charged additional 50 Euro. Information regarding the methods of payment will soon be posted on the conference webpage.

The registration for the 35th Annual Meeting of the Scandinavian Association for Pollination Ecology has been closed. The deadline for abstract submission is 12 September, and payment for the conference should be done by 30 September.

Conference fee waiver for students

We are glad to announce that we can grant two on-line and two on-site student fee waivers for participants from the UN list of least developed countries (see the list here https://unctad.org/topic/least-developed-countries/list). Students interested in joining the meeting should declare no alternative funding source (eg. via departments/universities) and submit by 26 September a short (500 word) summary of how they will benefit from the conference.

On-site waivers do not include covering travelling costs.
